Electronic device addiction includes the phone, personal computer, the internet, etc. Addiction to electronic devices is called electronic addiction.

- Prayer and meditation. When you meditate, your mind is occupied so, divert the energy you give to devices and drugs to meditation. Joshua 1:8 The more you pray, the less addictive you become.
HOW DO I OVERCOME ELECTRONIC DEVICE ADDICTION:
- Set boundaries.
- Find alternatives. Engage in hobbies, games, etc
- Explore nature, find quality time with your loved ones or volunteer in your community.
- Plan your weekends.
- Create activities. Listen to music. Dance. Visit. Cook. Explore.
- Learn to persevere. You didn’t get addicted in one day so it will not leave you in a minute.
- Seek advice. Talk to someone.
Try as much as possible to engage in physical activities as it is one of the best way to break free from addictions. Meet with friends physically, laugh together, engage in physical interactions with friends and families, take yourself out and make sure to catch fun! God bless you!
