TOPIC: SHIELD OF FAITH AGAINST RULERS OF THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD
TEXT : Ephesians 6:16
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Memory verse : Hebrews 11:34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
FOCUS
This morning we are looking at the shield of faith against the fiery darts of the wicked. Your sword must be the shield of faith so that you can face or quench all the fiery darts of the enemy. In this kingdom, you cannot overrule the operations of the wicked, you can’t pray them out, you can’t desire them out of the way but you can do something, just take the shield of faith so that you can shield out every fiery darts. No matter what the devil is throwing at you, all you need to do is faith, that is why in this kingdom, faith is the ticket for your victory.
The winning ticket you have to purchase is faith. Without faith, you cannot overcome the fiery darts, you cannot conquer, you cannot possess, you cannot use your sword. Your sword is useless without faith. Everything we have been talking about since we started this series, the most important thing is your faith. Faith is all it takes to win all the battles of life. If you will not let down your faith, you will not let down your victory. Your victory is your life, don’t let the devil rob you. Take your shield of faith whenever you sense the wicked encroaching to your territory, bring out your sword of faith. Whenever you sense something going wrongs db you can’t understand, stand up and fight. Whenever you sense there’s something the devil is cooking and you perceive it in your Spirit, raise like a warrior, silence them, don’t just confess, affirm, declare, don’t just fast and pray, take the shield of faith. Silence the devil, be on the defensive, don’t let the devil creep into your life, don’t take no for an answer. Victory is yours, before the battle began you have been declared the winner. Take the shield of faith, silence the fiery darts of the devil.
LESSON
1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
There’s a victory that we need to activate. Activating of our faith is the victory that guarantees safety in life and destiny. The first requirement to activate your faith, are you born of God? Whatsoever that is born of God overcometh the world.
Your faith has the power and ability to overcome the world, put together. If you will not stop having faith, you can’t sink. Where the devil gets people to sink in life is when they stop having faith. That is why there’s a saying that, winners never quit, quitters never win. Your faith is the ticket to board the flight if victory in life.
Are you barren, hopeless, you need faith. Is there anything that you really want to overcome, faith is the answer. If only you will work on, activate and boost your faith, you will discover that victory is cheap. If you will not activate your faith, that is when you struggle between opinions and suffer unjustly. Even the devil respects your faith than anything in the world. Faith cannot be transfered, you need your faith, I need my faith. Go ahead and exercise your faith over every unpleasant situations, bring it out as a sword, quench m the fiery darts, take over territories, take over dominions, thrones, command a d exercise authority over what God has put under your feet. You need faith to quench the fiery darts of the enemy. Amen
