TOPIC: CONFESSION
TEXT: Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Memory Verse: Daniel 9:4 And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments
FOCUS
Today, we are looking at another thing that helps faith and it is confession. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Meaning that, until you say it, you have not believed it. You don’t end at believing, you profess it, you confess it. Faith is more than confession and the proof that you believe, is what you say. Until you say it, you can’t have it.
Faith is confessing. After you are born again, you have trust God, the next thing is you must master positive confession. What you can’t say, you can’t enjoy. Until you say it, you can’t see it and until you see it, you can’t live in the reality of that thing.
Many atimes, people live with close mouth, they refuse to say it because they have not properly believed it. Anything you believe, you constantly say it even unconsciously. You don’t have any protocol in confessing your faith before men; when you believe it, you declare it. There’s something that connects your faith and your mouth that is why the Bible says, God has given us a mouth that our enemies cannot resist or gain say.
A wiseman said, a closed mouth is a closed destiny. Do you want to see your faith work? Then confess it, bring it to the open and say it the way it is.

2 Corinthians 4:13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak
Confession can’t take place until your mouth agrees with your heart. Your heart has believed, conceived, meditated on a particular thing then the next thing is, for your mouth to declare them. The mouth is one of the gates to your life and we live in the world of spirits; your words are Spirits. So, if we are controlled by spirits that are in words what is the vehicle that releases this Spirits? It is the mouth.
One thing you have to master in the school of faith is the use of your mouth. That is why you have to bridle your tongue so that you can speak well. A whole tongue makes the body whole.
The only proof that you believe is when you speak. What you have not said, you have not believed. When you believe, speaking it is no longer a problem. The devil has polluted so many people, he simply gives them something to believe and these are things he knows will damage us. So, when we believe it, he traps us so we can be his victim by speaking wrongly . Speak well!
PERSONAL CONFESSION
I confess today that I believe in God and have absolute faith in the Son of God.
PRAYER FOCUS
Father deliver me from wrong confessions that weakens faith in the Name of Jesus Christ.

You can’t believe and not confess your faith.
