HEAVEN’S DAILY BREAD WITH BOLATITO PRAISE

DATE: THURSDAY, JANUARY 16TH, 2025.

TOPIC: Grace Can be Shown

MEMORY VERSE: Psalms 45:2
[2]Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips: therefore God hath blessed thee forever.

FOCUS: Ezra 9:8
[8]And now for a little space grace hath been shewed from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage.

God’s grace is visible and real especially when it’s appreciated by the receiver. God shows people his grace in different dimensions that are beyond comprehension and human understanding.
The grace of God can scale a man through hurdles like he did for Ezra in the wilderness. Whenever God wants to lift people from bondage, the first thing he does is to show them his grace, grace has the power to enlighten our paths and brighten our faces and that is why the Bible says they looked unto him and their faces were lightened and they never knew shame.

Shame is a product of disgrace and where there is grace there is enlightenment and brightness there because grace is a demonstration of His love, mercy and kindness towards humanity.

LESSON: Psalms 84:11
[11]For the LORD, God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

The grace of God can appear at any given time and it’s only those who are appointed that will see it.
Uprightness is one of the shortcuts to glory.
Grace will always preceed glory and when grace is shown then glory will appear without any hindrances.

God’s showers his grace in the following ways:

  1. Forgiveness of sins
  2. Unmerited favour
  3. Redemption
  4. Wisdom and discernment
  5. Provision and supply
  6. Protection and safety
  7. Fruits of the spirit
  8. Comfort in Suffering
These are some of the ways God manifests his grace in our lives that make the grace known and evident.
Grace can be shown like a light that lightens our paths.

PERSONAL CONFESSION: I will be shown grace in every area of my life.

PERSONAL PRAYER: Father, let your grace that distinguishes people locate me in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Sometimes showing grace requires silence. Other times, it requires speaking up

NOTE: If I am not showing grace…Have I forgotten the grace I’ve been shown?
