TOPIC: Divine protection is a reward for a genuine Christian Service.
MEMORY VERSE: 1 Timothy 5:18
[18]For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.
FOCUS: Psalms 91:1
[1]He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
God is committed to his servants day and night to ensure that they are well protected.
Protection is of the Lord, and there is no other way to dwell in his secret place than to serve God.
One of the ways God rewards people is to protect them from harm and hurt. God’s interest is in his servants because he wants to protect them from all evil and His surest Protection plan is in His secret place.
God is always jealous of his people, and he will always go the extra mile to ensure his servants are well protected.
We have a lot of people that God has protected in the past, either from self-destructive habits or from the traps of the enemy.
One sure thing is that you are safe in his wings as long as you are serving God in sincerity and truth
LESSON: Psalms 91:12
[12]They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
God’s protection for those who serve Him is a bonus because it is only God who can keep a man from all evils.
These are some of the ways God protects his servants:
- Physical Protection
- God can send His angels to protect his servants from evil.
- Miraculous delivarance
- Healing
- Protection from fear
- Mental clarity and focus
- Protection from spiritual attacks.
Don’t forget that it is only His servants that he protects and not benchwarmers.
