TOPIC: Grace is an empowerment
MEMORY VERSE: Titus 2:11
[11]For the grace of God that bringeth salvation, hath appeared to all men,
FOCUS: 1 Corinthians 15:10
[10]But by the grace of God, I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
God’s grace empowers and transforms an individual who cares to receive and believes in this enabling power.
Grace empowers us to live godly lives that bring glory and honor to God. The grace of God is never to be received in vain rather its essence is to transform us from inside to outside.
Grace is the unmerited divine assistant given to humans for their spiritual rebirth and sanctification.
Every carrier of grace is at the advantage of performing better than the one without grace because grace empowers and transforms at every point that it’s received.
Grace affects every area of our lives, we are saved by grace and must continue in the journey of eternity by grace.
That is why Apostle Paul gave his testimony by declaring that he was what he was by the grace of God. He also testifies that grace was not bestowed on him for nothing because grace empowers and transforms at every point it is received.
Grace will turn a sinner into a Saint and a Saint into a Spirit-controlled being.
LESSON: Philippians 4:13
[13]I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
One of the major essences of creation is for every creature to fulfill its purpose in God and the only way to get this divine assignment done is through grace.
In the same way, Apostle Paul and Timothy needed God’s grace to fulfill their God-given assignment.
The secret to receiving grace is found in the book of Hebrews 4:16-“Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need”.
Divine Purpose cannot be fulfilled with the help of grace, a divine assistance that transforms and empowers through faith to do the impossible.
A wise man said, God’s assignment will always be bigger than you, this is where grace comes in the ability to do the extraordinary and solve problems that are complex because the divine purpose is like that, but when grace comes, ease will come and fulfillment becomes inevitable.
Grace empowers us as we walk with God daily and that is why Apostle Paul said I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.
Grace is God’s strength hidden in man for exploits
