TOPIC: Wise investment triggers Prosperity.
MEMORY VERSE: Ecclesiastes 11:1
[1]Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days.
FOCUS: Genesis 26:12-13
[12]Then Isaac sowed in that land and received in the same year a hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.
[13]And the man waxed great and went forward, and grew until he became very great.
Investing is a powerful way to grow your wealth and secure your financial future.
Only a fool, eats all and plants nothing.
If Isaac could invest in his days despite the famine in the land, then we have no excuse. Many people have traded their financial fortune for frivolity and wasted what they were supposed to plant back/invest.
Until we act like Isaac, we can never have more than enough seeds.
In every profit, there is bread( What to eat), a seed to be sowed(investment), and others depending on the capacity of an individual.
What is investment?
Investing means:
- Allocating money or resources into assets or ventures
- Expecting returns or profits over time.
- Managing risk to minimize losses.
The Bible tells us that Isaac dug a well and the Philistines collected it and he still dug another one again.
Failure must never be an excuse for not investing, that you failed is a sign that you attempted it.
Risks must be taken if prosperity is your desire. Wealth is not possible without intentional investment.
LESSON:2 Corinthians 9:10
[10]Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness.
The only way to increase our seeds is by planting them back to bring more fruits.
Virtually every fruit bears their seeds inside of them and so after eating the fruits, you have a choice either to plant back or discard the seeds.
That is what the scripture is saying, God will multiply the seed sown.
But before investment can work, there are key principles for wise investing.
- Set clear financial goals
- Assess risk tolerance
- Diversify your portfolio
- Research and due diligence
- Start and be patient
- Monitor and adjust
- Consider tax implications
- seek professional advice
God will always minister seed to the sower, He will minister both bread for your food and multiply your seed sown and increase the fruits.
A wise man said if you eat what is meant to be sown you will not have bread to eat later.
Wise investment is a trigger to prosperity.

PERSONAL PRAYER: Father, open my eyes to see where I can invest my resources wisely in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen
