TOPIC: Fruitfulness is Progress.

MEMORY VERSE: Genesis 9:7
[7]And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.

FOCUS: Genesis 28:3
[3]And God Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, that thou mayest be a multitude of people;

Being fruitful means being progressive in everything you do. Right from the beginning of creation, God initiated the covenant of Fruitfulness to terminate every form of barrenness, unproductivity, emptiness and hardship.
Life must be progressive for it to be enjoyed.

Fruitfulness is a state of being extremely productive, fruitfulness means to be fertile. It’s a state of being productive in abundance, it also means to produce useful results, to be resourceful and resultful, to be prosperous and to be progressive in everything you do.
The intention of God for man is to live a progressive life and bring forth abundantly.

God has empowered every man to be fruitful here on earth, no one knows a product like its manufacturer and just like the manufacturer tests every product before putting it out in the market, God tested you in heaven before you were delivered to the earth, you were not just sent here, you tested positive to fruitfulness before you arrived here and anything contrary to fruitfulness is an error.

LESSON: Isaiah 29:17
[17]Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest?

Right from creation, God initiated the covenant of Fruitfulness to terminate every form of barrenness, unproductivity, emptiness and hardship but man must be intentional about this fruitfulness and ensure it is progressive and easy.

Barrenness and failure do not profit God. We are not ordinary people, your life is not empty, there is a treasure in you. The treasure of power, dominion and glory but the responsibility to make our fruitfulness progressive is saddled on us.

These are exceptional habits of progressive people and they include;

1. They accept responsibilities.
2. They look for the best in others. People will disappoint you and you will be wronged but it’s important to always seek the best in them.
3. They focus on solutions and not problems
4. They ask the right questions
5. They are good listeners
6. They are quick to adapt
7. They start their day early.
8. They know when to let go of things, situations and people.
9. They have values and live by them.
10. They are self-motivating.
    With all these qualities, fruitfulness is inevitable.

PERSONAL CONFESSION: I am a tree planted by the riverside.

PERSONAL PRAYER: Father, deliver me from barren lands that hinder fruitfulness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: The pessimistic complains about the wind while the optimist expects it to change, and the leader adjusts the sails.

NOTE: Being grounded is the key to being fruitful.
