MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND, 2024.
TOPIC: Fruitfulness is Creativity.
MEMORY VERSE: Psalms 104:30
[30]Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
FOCUS: Psalms 51:10
[10]Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
Creativity starts from the inside and flows to the outside, it is part of God’s nature that is put into man so that they can bear Godly fruits.
The fruits are varied from one person to another because we don’t receive the same measure of the spirit.
Every tree that bears fruits starts from inside and that is why they don’t need a reminder or an alarm to tell them it’s time to bear fruits.
Creativity is the issue of the mind and the body, it is an inspiration to make something new out of what already exists.
In the Bible, there is poetry, description of elaborate art and metal work and other examples of people using their talents to take something and turn it into something artistic, inventive and new and that is why King David prayed that God should create in him a clean heart and renew the right spirit within him.
Creativity starts as an insight. A clean heart makes a clean slate for new ideas and the wrong spirit imagines only evil and deals with the limitations of the flesh.
If we must be fruitful, then our minds must be renewed from the old ways and embrace the innovations and then daily accept any impossibility as possible.
Fruitfulness is a product of consistency and dedication to one’s assignment with quality meditation.
Nothing is new on the surface of the earth but bringing in creativity makes all things new.
Father, we receive a clean heart that walks away from the old and we embrace the right spirit that searches for creativity all the time.
Creativity is a product of a right spirit, a renewed mind or a clean heart.
LESSON: Acts 14:17
[17]Nevertheless, he left not himself without witness, in that he did good, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
God made man in his image and gave man some of His attributes including creativity, while people cannot make matters out of the void, instead, they invent tools, create art and solve problems using God’s given characteristics. Creativity is part of God’s plan for humanity to improve their lives, to worship him and to express themselves.
As a result of this spirit of creativity that is the witness of God in every life, the ability to create something out of nothing, God only supplies the idea and it is our sole responsibility to turn our ideas into beautiful inventions.
No one is empty, every man is endowed with at least a gift, a talent or a skill that can be acquired, all these are only pointing to one thing which is creativity.
Creativity will always lead to fruitfulness especially when it is being handled by a regenerated mind and the right spirit is all it takes.
It’s our season of fruitfulness. Let us launch into the deep for there are many things we need to create to enjoy living.
God’s ultimate desire for us is to be fruitful within and without and fill the earth with Godly fruits.
