TOPIC: Kingdom Lifestyle.
MEMORY VERSE: Romans 14:17
[17]For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink, but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
FOCUS: Matthew 6:33
[33]But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
We live in a world of kingdoms. In a world where one king or another demands our total allegiance and to live the supernatural life that God ordained for us as Christians, our allegiance must be with the King of kings which is Jesus.
Having a kingdom lifestyle opens our eyes to see God’s kingdom in more vivid colours.
Since the time of John the Baptist, the kingdom of God has been preached about, however, only a few Christians have fully understood and committed to the kingdom lifestyle.
In this end of time, we must be aware, interested and committed to the kingdom lifestyle and it is equally more important that we know, engage and apply the principles that govern this life.
The only way we can walk in the supernatural is to live a kingdom lifestyle and embrace the principles of the kingdom of God which is rooted in obedience and trust.
LESSON: Hebrews 1:8
[8]But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of thy kingdom.
The writer of Hebrews revealed the kind of kingdom we have been called into, it is a kingdom that cannot be moved, he also tells us that Grace is one potent factor that helps us serve God acceptably in his kingdom.
Undoubtedly, the life God has prepared for us is exhilarating and all that encompasses his kingdom is all about righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
God wants us to put our totality in his kingdom so that he can make us his showcases on earth.
Advancing the kingdom requires access to heaven’s treasury and some keys grant us this access, if Jesus had not known about the hidden coin in the fish mouth, he would have been embarrassed by the tribute collectors.
Living in the supernatural is living a kingdom lifestyle.
PERSONAL CONFESSION: I am a kingdom addict, I can never be molested.
PERSONAL PRAYER: Father, help me to serve you better in this season and beyond in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen
