TOPIC: VISION IS TIME
TEXT : Habakkuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

FOCUS
This morning we are looking at another characteristics of vision and we say, vision is time. There’s an appointed time for every vision, at the end it will speak and not lie, even though it tarries, wait for it, it will surely come to pass, it will not tarry. Life is measured by time. If you miss your time, you have miss your vision. Your vision is time sensitive, you can’t afford to waste time. David understood the mystery behind time and he said, teach us to number our days so that we can apply our heart unto wisdom.
If you are not taught to number your days, you are likely to waste your time doing the wrong thing. The wrong are not because they are wrong but because they are done at the wrong time. For example, if you are called to do a particular thing, you have to strategize to make sure the timing is right. You have to be able to decode your timings like the son’s of Issachar, who understands times and seasons.You must not be too late and you must not be too fast. That is the kario time. The kario time is the accepted time, the set time, David understood it and he earnestly desire that God give him wisdom so that he can number his days.
If you don’t number your days,you will not be able to measure your vision.And this can make you miss your timing. Vision runs with times; what you can do when you were thirty, by seventy you can’t. You can’t afford to keep your vision for thirty years and see you are waiting for the right time. Go and pray, and ask God is this the right time to launch out? Because it can only be beautiful in His time? Everything we do in life is run by time. The things run by time has value. Do you know that time has value; when you go to work and you return, what you are actually been paid for is your time. Don’t forget vision is time and time is vision!

Ecclesiastes 3:1 _To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: 3:2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3:3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up
Your vision is a purpose and it has time allocated to it. There’s time for everything, God has created us in such a way that He wants us to walk in His divine timing. When we don’t know God operates, then we are not likely to take advantage of divine timing. Timing is so crucial to life, there’s time to be born and time to die. We are not non living things, God created us with life span. No matter how long someone lives, you can’t live more than the time stipulated by God for you to live .
When it comes to the operation of vision, you must come to a junction whereby you are in haste. Not that we are in hurry but that Lord, please help me so that I can continue in whatever vision you have given to me . God has arranged time and vision for us and He wants us to follow it that way. Vision is of God and you have to understand that your vision is tied to your time, what you can do now, do it. And if you do it, you will see that your vision will begin to speak but if you delay, it means you are here to waste time. Don’t forget vision is time and time is vision, work while it’s day for the night cometh when no man shall work.
